General conditions

The guests are expected to arrive between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. and to leave before 10.00 a.m. of the following day or week.
The rent rate includes electricity, water, gas and the change of bedroom and bathroom linen.
Pets are not allowed

Prices

Daily Rate
Prices include overnight stay

Basic Rate (3 or more days)
35,00 € per day per person.
Children under 2 years are free
Children between 2 and 10 years have a 50% reduction

Weekly rates

Period from 01-01-2011 to 30-06-2011
and from 02-09-2011 to 31-12-2011
-Girasole apartament:
€ 700,00- 2 double room, single room, kitchen , living room, 2 bathroom.
-Papavero apartament:
€ 400,00 - double room, kitchen, bathroom.

Period from 01-07-2011 to 01-09-2011.
-Girasole apartament:
€ 850,00- 2 double room, single room, kitchen , living room, 2 bathroom.
-Papavero apartament:
€ 550,00 - double room, kitchen, bathroom.

Booking

Reservations are made by payment of 30% of the rent rate via Bank transfer or Postal Money Order.
If the booking takes place in the five days preceding the date of arrival the amount to be paid will be 70% of the rent rate.
In case of cancellation at least five days before the date of arrival the Client will be refunded the total amount, on the contrary, if the cancellation is made later, the firm has the right to keep the money paid as advanced part payment.
By paying the advanced part payment, the Clients confirm their acceptance of the general conditions, rules and prices.
